To copy and share a link to your event (both public and private), follow these steps:

Create the event and submit it for moderation.
Fill out the event creation form and click “Save” to send it for moderation. -
Wait for successful moderation.
Once approved, your event will be published on events.syampya.com and will appear in your Organizer Dashboard. -
Open your Organizer Dashboard.
In your account, find the event you want to share (you can copy the link for both open and closed events). -
Open the event actions menu.
To the right of the event name, click the menu with three orange dots. -
Copy the link.
In the dropdown list, select the second-to-last option “Copy event link” (as shown in the image below). -
Make sure the link has been copied.
After you click, the menu item will temporarily change to “Link copied” (or similar), which means the link has been copied to your clipboard. -
Paste the link wherever you want to share it.
Paste the copied link into an email invitation, a messenger, a social media post, or any other channel you use to invite participants.
