A multi-sport international tournament — the XXV Winter Olympic Games (116 medal events in 8 sports).
What’s special:
The Games will connect urban Milan with the classic Alpine resort of Cortina. The programme has been updated, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and a record share of women’s events. For spectators, it’s a chance to see winter sports at the highest level against the backdrop of the Dolomites and to combine the Games with a trip across Northern Italy.Open event:
Competitions are open to everyone with a valid ticket; some city activations and fan zones will be accessible free of charge.The Games will take place at 15 different venues spread across Northern Italy. The competitions are divided into four main clusters, with two separate locations for the ceremonies.
