Such an invitation may help a participant confirm the fact of invitation or participation, for example, for internal approval of event attendance, a business trip, or an official procedure within their organization.
At the same time, the electronic invitation is not a universal accounting, HR, or legal document and does not replace the internal requirements of the employer or organizer.
