On October 21, 2026, organizers of GALA Festival 2027 announced the first wave of artists for the festival's upcoming edition, scheduled for May 28–30, 2027, at Peckham Rye Park.
The three-day event will bring together internationally recognized electronic music performers, independent record labels and influential club culture communities.
One of the major announcements is the festival debut of British electronic musician Four Tet, who will headline the opening day.
The Friday programme will also feature Shy FX, Skin On Skin, Blawan, Oppidan and Introspekt, alongside curated stage takeovers by established music platforms including Rinse FM and Deviation.
Saturday's programme will focus on contemporary club culture, featuring HAAi, Egyptian Lover, Peach and several international DJs.
Sunday will highlight house and disco music, with performances by DJ Harvey, Chez Damier, Soichi Terada, Antal & HUNEE and other artists.
The 2027 edition will also introduce The House We Keep, a new festival concept inspired by the cultural origins of house music and its role in creating inclusive musical communities.
GALA has developed from a small independent event into an established three-day festival, maintaining its emphasis on carefully curated programming and connections between artists, audiences and underground music culture.
Tickets will go on general sale on October 30, with advance registration already available.
For the international music and events industry, the announcement demonstrates how independent festivals can differentiate themselves through specialized programming, community partnerships and distinctive cultural identities.
The festival's combination of established performers, emerging talent and collaborative stage concepts reflects the continuing importance of authenticity and audience engagement in contemporary live entertainment.
