You can request deletion of your Events Syampya account and associated data by emailing info@syampya.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
We will process your request within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted:
- Name, email address, phone number, and physical address
- Birthdate
- Comments and reviews you've posted
- Your event favorites, followed organizers, and registration history
- Your push notification device token
Data we may retain:
- Records of past event registrations and orders may be retained for a limited period as required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
