On October 15, 2026, organizers of AccessAbilities Expo 2026 announced new details of the exhibition's eighth edition, scheduled for October 19–21 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai.
The international event will bring together more than 240 exhibitors, technology brands and rehabilitation centres from 50 countries, with approximately 18,000 visitors expected from 70 countries.
The exhibition will showcase innovations designed to improve accessibility and independent living, including AI-powered smart glasses, electronic prosthetic limbs, accessible transportation technologies and real-time speech recognition systems.
A major feature of the 2026 programme is the integration of interactive technology zones. The AI Zone will allow visitors to experiment with artificial intelligence and digital storytelling, while the Virtual Reality Zone will offer immersive simulations, including virtual travel experiences.
The event will also host the third Applied Behaviour Analysis Conference, the ninth Inclusive Education Summit and an international photography exhibition dedicated to disability inclusion.
Additional activities include professional networking sessions, artistic exhibitions, educational workshops and interactive experiences designed for visitors with different accessibility needs.
The exhibition highlights the growing importance of accessibility and inclusive design within the international events industry. By combining technology demonstrations, professional conferences and accessible visitor experiences, AccessAbilities Expo provides an example of how major exhibitions can integrate social impact with technological innovation and commercial development.
