On October 22, 2026, new details from ITB Asia 2026 highlighted significant growth in the meetings and events sector, with the co-located MICE Show Asia expanding its exhibition space by 184% compared with 2025.

Taking place from October 21–23 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore, the 19th edition of ITB Asia brings together international tourism organizations, hospitality companies, event professionals and travel technology providers.

Organized by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, the three-in-one exhibition combines ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia.

Organizers expect more than 18,000 participants, over 1,000 exhibiting brands and approximately 1,500 qualified buyers. The event is also expected to facilitate around 60,000 targeted business appointments.

A major innovation for 2026 is the introduction of the Experience Zone, featuring travel experiences, attractions and activities, including a dedicated pavilion by Tripadvisor.

The conference programme includes more than 100 sessions addressing artificial intelligence, destination marketing, corporate travel, changing consumer expectations and human-centred experience design.

The expansion of MICE Show Asia is particularly significant for the international events industry, reflecting growing commercial interest in meetings, incentive travel, conferences and exhibitions.

The event also demonstrates how major trade shows are evolving beyond traditional exhibition formats by integrating curated networking, business matchmaking, technology demonstrations and experience-driven programming.
