On October 27, 2026, global B2B events and media company Forge announced the acquisition of London-based Kisaco Research, adding 14 specialist events covering technology, healthcare, wellness and legal markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes the AI Infra Summit, which attracted more than 6,500 attendees and 260 sponsors in 2026, alongside conferences focused on AI drug discovery, healthcare and emerging industries.
The transaction marks Forge's second acquisition since its formation through the combination of Emerald and Questex in July 2026.
The move reflects continued consolidation within the international events industry, as major organizers expand through acquisitions of specialized conference brands. It also highlights growing investment in year-round professional communities that combine live events, digital platforms, industry content and business networking.
