On October 28, 2026, organizers released further details of the inaugural China International MICE Exchange (CIMX), scheduled for November 3–5 at the China National Convention Center Phase II in Beijing.
The exhibition expects 150 exhibitors, 350 hosted buyers and 5,000 industry professionals, connecting Chinese and international meetings, incentives and events markets.
Its conference programme will feature 120 speakers across 40 topics and six thematic tracks, covering event design, incentive travel, technology, innovation and corporate event management.
The event is supported by major industry organizations, including ICCA, PCMA, GBTA, SITE and IAEE, alongside destination partners and international suppliers.
For event professionals, CIMX represents a new platform for cross-border business development, combining structured buyer matchmaking, professional education and destination experiences to strengthen China's position in the global MICE industry.
