On October 28, 2026, the Culinary Institute of America announced further details of the Tomorrow Tastes Mediterranean International Conference, which will take place across the United States and Spain in November.

For the first time, the conference will include American venues, beginning in New York City on November 16, followed by sessions at the Culinary Institute of America's Hyde Park campus on November 17 and the University of Barcelona on November 23.

The programme brings together international chefs, nutrition researchers, educators and government representatives to explore food innovation, sustainability, artificial intelligence and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

Activities will include expert discussions, practical workshops, cooking demonstrations and an immersive Mediterranean Market Festival in Barcelona.

For the international events industry, this intercontinental format demonstrates how conferences can connect multiple destinations while combining professional education, cultural experiences and hybrid participation.
